The Journal of Conflict Management (JOCM) has been established to fill the need for an interdisciplinary journal to disseminate research and practice in the broad fields of conflict management, mediation, dispute resolution and related areas.  JOCM is a refereed (peer-reviewed) journal. The Editorial Board is composed of nationally recognized scholars and professionals in the field of conflict management.

The Editors and Editorial Board of JOCM are dedicated to providing the widest possible dissemination of our authors' work.  Due to generous sponsorship by Sullivan University and the voluntary efforts of a team of professionals.  JOCM will be available to the public freely online, without subscription fees to readers or publication fees to authors.
